Tonight, at the 1-year anniversary of meat bingo at the Corner Villa, the sponsoring company unexpectedly called AWF to the stage. They generously donated $2,000 to AWF for our mission of helping our local veterans in crisis! This is an act of immense love from our community once again for our veterans. So much gratitude goes to, Meena Cole, at the Corner Villa for creating a space where individuals become like family, giving back tirelessly to our community. Poppa Don, a local veteran at meat bingo, has been monitoring Corner Villa’s activities. In the past 3-4 months alone, they’ve spearheaded $11,000 in charity for various organizations, families, and individuals in our community. We are so lucky and blessed to have the community that we do!
